Shipping policy

Our 3 day courier service (dependent on area) covers all of England & Wales Mainland, and most of Scotland (please ask for details before ordering). All of our orders are fully trackable by us or you (provided you supply us with your email address), and we have a dedicated team to follow the process through from start to finish. The courier will contact you on your behalf to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Please note that all orders received before 12.00pm (11.00am on a Friday) will be manifested the same working day if in stock. 

In flats, we only go up to the 2nd floor.
