Refund Policy: 

We abide by the Right to Return Regulations where a customer has 14 days to decide if they want the goods purchased from when the goods are delivered. The goods must be in the same condition as when they arrive at the customers property. They must be in the same condition, as delivered and unopened. If the goods are opened then the exchange/refund may be refused. 

If the goods delivered are incorrect then we will pay for delivery for the correct items. If the customer chooses to return them under the Right to Return Regulations, then the customer will need to pay for the return of the goods back to the company.

If the item is a specially made item or made to order then the Right to Return Regulations do not apply, and no refunds are available (unless damaged).
